Shipping Policy

Tycoon Apparel processes both ready-to-ship and preorder items.

PREORDER ITEMS:
Items marked as PREORDER require approximately 3–8 weeks for production, international transit, processing, and fulfillment unless otherwise stated on the product page. Timeframes may vary due to manufacturing schedules, customs clearance, carrier delays, and other factors outside of our control.

Customers will receive order updates throughout the preorder process via email and/or our official social media channels.

By placing a preorder, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the stated production timeframe.

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Address changes must be requested before the order ships.

Once an order has been shipped or marked ready for pickup, Tycoon Apparel is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or failed delivery attempts.

Store pickup customers will receive notification once their order is ready.
